Is Quest the best option for people not wanting to test through a health department or doctors office? I have called the hotline and it seems reputable but expensive. Please offer your opinions

I have seen 3 different doctors during my window period and they all referred me to Quest for the blood taking (I am living in DC). I do not know where you live but it seems that there is no other options here...
