prednisone & hiv test

Hello: i just want to know if prednisone could affect the hiv test ( elisa ). i was on prednisone for 7 day ( 40 mg 2 days and 20 mg for 5 days). i took the elisa test a week after that was negative ( 20 weeks ). this was the second one i took ( 5 week negative). I need to re test again or the second test at 20 weeks is enougt.

I would say 20 weeks is enough, 13 weeks is conclusive. D
