the risk of getting HIV from insertive oral sex is really slim
AND
your test past 3 months could be considered conclusive already
you are Negative.

Get over it
and use protection always. If you didn't use it you still exposed yourself to other stds that are easie to catch during insertive oral sex.

Hi,
yes you are negative, i really dont think the exposure you had required HIV testing. However, testing for other STD's might be an option, especially if you experience symptoms.
