I'm surprised that being mycoplasma a very common std and being it included on the list of std's at least here in my country, there isn't much info on the web and few people know about it. At last I found a page in English (there are many in Spanish, surprisingly, almost all of them from Mexico) which talks about urethritis and stds that cause it:

Take your own advice and get over it already Guess. It is cured with antibiotics. It is alot easier to get than hiv you do not even need to have sex just contact with the fluid it is in.
I know you had a condom on but there are plenty of opportunities for the infected fluid to have gotten to you whereas that is not possible with hiv.
