I am a barely sexually active, 'older' gay top man. Lately all of my younger, bottom sex partners seem to seek BB. We discuss safe sex in advance, yet 'in the moment' all that talk goes out the window. I've recently been having 'trouble' with the skin on my penis. Whenever I have sex whether I wear condoms, use lube or not, my penis ends up being red and 'chapped'. There are no open sores, etc. but it makes me nervous that any skin 'irritation' is putting me at great risk. I've seen several doctors, each has a different explanation for the current 'sensitivity', nothing seems to make it go away. Am I at great risk, not so great risk, little risk?

If you are topping without condoms then you are at risk.
Think of it this way. All those younger partners that prefer BB, probably prefer it with other partners also. Then add to that the fact that 1/3 of people infected don't even know they are infected. So even if your partner says they aren't infected, they may be wrong.
You have put yourself at risk. Get tested.
