Hi,
The other day I was with a guy and he was grinding himself against my anus. He was leaking a lot of precum and he tried to insert himself (no condom) a few times. He never actually inserted himself but he was poking quite hard. Risk or no?

If the skin of your anus was intact (no bleeding, cuts etc), I do not think this would be a huge risk. Anal sex becomes risky when penetration occurs as the anus is a tight and insertion of the penis requires force, force which leads to abrasions and sores which could accommodate the transferring of HIV.
So if the skin was unbroken, I think it is fine.
But if you are still worried, take a test.
