Sexual Relations With A Virgin- Advice needed!

Ok so here's the thing,
I am a 18 year old female (and from South Africa) and I am in a sexual relationship. My boyfriend was a virgin before this and so was I. We use condoms for everything except oral sex. My boyfriend is trustworthy and I don't doubt his commitment. But, being a hypochondriac I worry about "non-sexual" routes of HIV transmission. He has never injected drugs, received a blood transfusion or gotten HIV from birth. In my head I have formulated all these little scenarios which I need clarification on:
1. He lives in a college/university residence whereby showers, bathrooms etc are shared. What if someone masturbated in the shower prior to him using it and there was semen in the shower?
2. He does not share tooth brushes or razors but has shared electric razors (like hairdressers use to cut hair) with his friends. Risk or not?
3. He directly shares drinks and eating utensils with people. And he shares and passes around joints of marijuana with other people.
4. He sleeps over and in the same bed as his friends, some of which are very promiscuous.
5. He goes out a lot to crowded clubs (I am a claustrophobic so that freaks me out).
It is quite difficult to get an HIV test done here as it requires the request of a doctor etc. Based on the above information, can someone please tell me if I have anything to fear as far as HIV is concerned?

In answer to your questions 1 through 5.
No risk in any of those situations. HIV is transmitted via;
unprotected anal, vaginal and giving oral
shared needles
mother to child

Hi there,
As you correctly point out, the nature of your worries of your boyfriend acquiring HIV from a non-sexual behaviour is 'hypochondriac', more to do with anxiety and OCD than genuine substantiated facts.
