need some help

I apologies for some of the owrs that I will use. About 3 weeks ago I had sex with a person that I meet, and we had a vaginal. Now she was having her period at the time anyway we use condom during the act. I do have my girlfriend and about a week after have sex with this woman I gvae oral sex to my girlfriend ,and we repeated the same tat week after. She told show me two days ago some sort of sore inside her vagina it look like had a with center he sd does not hurt but it is hard and it nothing comes out of this sore. Myself i had not gotten any sore of any kind that so far, but I ma afraid that I might been infected with syphilis and I have her to my girlfriend throught oral sex. What I am more worried about is that I read that HIV could be trasmited easier if there is an infection like syphilis involved. I have an appointment myself for a full screening this week, but I feel really guilty tat i could be responsable of transmiting HIV to my girldfriend.Could anyone have some information about this for please? I will really appreciated. Thank you
