SCARED! (False positive?)

Hi guys, i'm really scared...
i had an episode with a unknown status guy, we engaged in unprotected oral for seconds and then he tried to penetrate me without condom, i refuse to that, but he put the head of his penis inside me and took it off.
That was 4 weeks ago... a week ago i was very stressed in the work and i had some pain in the neck, and then, two days later i started to have lymph nodes in various parts of my body, and my doctor said that i have hepatosplenomegaly (the Linger is bigger).
i'm really scared, i don't know what to think, i didn't have fever or any other sympthoms, but i've tested yesterday for HIV and i had a Unknown so i had to tested today again.
Anyone can help me with some advice? I'm really really scared. Could be a false positive?

Oh I'm so sorry for you.
You had no risk sex, yet want to belive that this lead to HIV infection. At this point there is only one thing you can do. Sress until 13 weeks, test negative and hopefully then you will move on with your life....oh yeah...you have no life....otherwise you wouldn't be stressing over this no risk situation.

Esmeralda, the doctor said that i must repeat the Elisa because they have doubts about it. I'm really scared, i'm no stressed.
