Paris. Oral Sex. Risk? UPDATED - TheBody.com's Bulletin Boards

I edited this as I feel my questions wasn't exactly written correctly.

I am in Paris visiting a friend. I went out to a gay bar the other day and met a guy. The next day we met up again and went around town and ended up at his place. We made out and had oral sex. He came. I didn't. While I did deep throat him, he did NOT ejaculate in my mouth. I only ingested pre-cum. However, I do believe some regular seamen was mixed in with his precum at one point even before ejaculation.

I've read studies that claim any of the following:
1) Oral sex is very safe if he doesnt ejaculate in your mouth
2) Oral sex is more risky if you deep throat
3) Oral sex accounts for 5% of all HIV infections
4) Oral sex accounts for 1%
5) Oral sex with ejaculation carries a .01% risk (1 out of 10,000)
6) Oral sex with ejaculation carries a much higher risk.

Also, it giving oral sex carriers more of a theoretical risk than an actual risk, how come this board seems to have 3 or so guys who SWEAR they got hiv from giving oral sex?
So basically im confused on what to believe There is so much conflicting evidence and sites to look at.

Based on all your personal experiences or being in situations and being tested after, and on this board what is the risk of:
- Deep throating a man without ejaculation but a small amount of cum mixed in the precum
- Does Paris have a higher rate of HIV+ people

Should I even get tested? While Im not with my ex, we sometimes hookup still as I rarely mess around with anyone else but him.
