Blood on the mat am I at risk?

This should be my last time here.
Last week I was grappling with some guys with no shirt on. I really wasnt paying attention and when we were finished I walked around and saw some blood on the mat. I know I was bleeding and had some cuts including a cut on my back.
I think that I spilled my blood on the mat but wanted to know whether I was at risk if that blood was someone else's. I don't recall getting any blood on the front part of my body though.
Is this just OCD? I'm not at risk am I?

How many gallons were spilled my dear? The front vs the back of your body makes little to no difference..
Purhaps a good book on hiv would be appropriate.....
