Does this mean he is HIV positive please help

Ok I hope I can find an answer to my question
i was married in Oct of 07 to a man who I met and fell in love with very quickly, When we first met I had him go to the clinic to be tested for STD's he went and showed me paperwork that he was negative for othe the other STD's I asked him about a HIV tst and he said to me he had one while he was in jail awhile back and it was negative if he had it the Health Department would have notified him, So we can continued our relationship and I felt like I was safe,
Last night I was doing our taxes and looking through all his old paperwork I opened an envelope and pulled out lab corps tests for HIV Now I am not sre what they mean nothing says negative or positive.
HIV 1 by rna PCR 400 copies/ml
HIV-1 ABS ratio flag 5.61
HIV 1 ABS Qual
Result Reaptedly reactive by eia Screen
Western BLOT positive
Absolute CD 4 Helper 1110

to me this sounds like he is HIV positive this test was given back in 8 of 01 I did not know my husband then I do know that at that time he was with a women and has since had 3 kids wouldn't they have it wouldn't she have it?
I am so scared right now I have not said anything to him I don't want t o flip out for nothing please someone hellp me. I mean if he is + he has lied to me we are married what am I supposed to do??

I'm not sure about the pcr test you indicated. From the way you described it, it could be the limits of the test that you have quoted. But the ratio flag, reactive eia, and positive western blot all indicate a positve result that was confirmed by the western blot. Was his name on it? It could have been someone elses result. Don't flip out, take it one step at a time.
I would talk to him about and both you and him go get tested. Good Luck.

Yes his name SSN DOB was all on the paper I have looked up alot of info I have not been able to sleep but everything suggest that his viral loan at the time was 400 copies This Western Blot test is the second test given so I guess I have answered my own question yes he is HIV positive OMG what do I do I mean he married me and lied to me knowing he was positive where do I go from here what If I am positive what if I am negative do I stay with him do I leave him

If you stay with him or not is a choice only you can make. But I would suggest that you go get tested. There is a legal issue here if he knowingly exposed you to the virus. A Health Department Offical might be able to help you sort this all out. Good Luck.
