i had a neg. test at 3,6, and 7 month's. that after a high risk incident. my question is, about 4 month's ago i developed athletes foot. it will not go away even with prescribed meds from my doctor. so i looked up skin disorders of hiv infection and what do you know. should i retest?

athlete foot is very common and stubborn not specific to hiv and can take months to get rid of, you are neg as a result of your testing afte 3 months

Nothing to worry about. You have conclusively tested negaive for HIV and your current condition has nothing to d wit HIV per se.

Unless you've been involved with risky behavior again, I doubt it is HIV related. I have been positive for over 3 years and have never gotten athelete's foot... Get some foot powder, stay safe, and be happy! :)
