Oral sex and gingivitis?

I have a new girlfriend. We've been dated now for about 3 mos. We always use condoms and so far none has broken. I found out that she has had a few partners in the past, about 15. I may be a little reserved but that seemed like a lot to me. She's about 30.
Anyway, last night for the first time I performed oral sex on her. I only used my tongue and kept my mouth away. Anyway I read that oral sex is low risk yet still a risk. I sometimes have a bit of gingivitis and my gums bleed a bit when I brush. This sounds gross but I purposely didn't brush in about 7 days before last night so there wouldn't be any open cuts in my mouth anticipating last night.
Also before intercourse she got on top and rubbed her vagina over the shaft of my penis without a condom. I went to the washroom then and cleaned my penis with soap and water before putting on a condom to have intercourse.
Anyway now I'm worried about HIV. My new girlfriend says that she was tested for HIV, Hep and the whole nine yards 2 years ago and she was negative. She also told me that she hasn't been tested since because she hasn't been in any high risk situations since then and always used condoms which didn't break.
I'm worried a little because I have panic disorder and am a hypochondriac. Does this warrant HIV testing? Is the risk great or should I overlook it? We always use condoms and she seems to be responsible about safe sex. Just concerned because you know how new relationships can be with the safe sex chat but it's important we had it.

Your oral and penis rubbing (no penitration) is NO risk.. HIV does not do well with either one of these little hoo-ha's..
