OCD or possible HIV risk?

About 6-8 months ago my room mate had sex with his girlfriend in the shower. After they finished I used the shower, but not immediately after they were done. I washed and all, but now I worry that he may have cum all over my wash rag as a joke and I infected myself via when washing my rectum.
Do you think this is OCD? So far what I know is HIV doesn't survive in the enviornment and unsafe sex or sharing a needle is the only way to get it.

Defintely OCD...
Even if there was semen on the wash cloth...you would have had to have someway for it to get into your blood stream. That doesn't happen by washing your but.

I would also have to say you can;t get the bug that way.
go see your Dr get the pill maybe it will help you chill.
