touching wet blood on floor

These blood fears are sickening but here goes:
About 6-7 months ago in capoeira class I was doing a hand stand and there was a spot of blood on the floor. I accidentally got one of my fingers in it. I wiped it off on my pants as there was no water. I had no cuts on my finger.
Is my risk zero?

Well my pants are dark blue so it wasn't visible.
I just assume on the chance it is, but judging by your responses, I suppose this was a no risk situation.
