touched blood in water

I think this is my OCD getting the better of me but here goes.
Last night at a Halloween punk/metal show I and a friend of mine had fake blood on our hands.
We washed them together in a bucket of water. He then said he cut his hand and was washing the blood in the water. I had no cuts on my and was not bleeding. Later I washed my hands with soap and water.
Am I at risk for HIV or is it 0 risk?

I quote " I think this is my OCD getting the better of me.", yep what you think is cent percent right! OCD is the main culprit here, HIV, not even remotely related :)
