Oral Sex with ejaculation....

I gave my boyfriend unprotected oral sex and he ejaculated in my mouth. Two days later one of my tonsils (the other one look ok) is inflamed very badly, and the doctor prescribed me some anti-biotic. My throat is very painful, but I don't have any other problem.
I have been with my boyfriend for over 10 years, and we never have sex with any outsider. Recently both of his underarm is swelling and coughing for over 2 weeks and doctor couldn't find out why. My boyfriend began to freak out thinking he has everything from HIV to cancer.
1) The acute response from HIV should not happen in just 2 days, correct?
2) Oral sex, even with ejaculation should be considered as low risk?
3) There is no way to contract HIV outside of sexual contact, sharing needle and blood transfer?
God please help us.......

I do not see any exposure between you two... Meaning no risk..
1. Two weeks if any..
2. Oral?? No risk...
3. Thats correct..
Ever thought about the flu?? Quit jumping to hiv.. There is no dotted line in your story linking your symptoms to hiv..
