blister on big toe

hi everyone, thanks for reading this.
about two months ago, a blister formed on the top of my left big toe. i quickly popped it and a clear liquid released. however, it hasn't healed yet and looks like a big mosquito bite. doesn't hurt or anything, just won't go away.
my sexual habits in the past have not been so great. i have had sex with prostitutes, all with a condom though. i have also allowed men to perform oral sex on me in a couple of video stores without a condom. but it lasted for maybe 15 seconds each since i realized i was making a mistake and i pulled out and wouldn't finish.
my last encounter like this was in october.
for the most part, i am worried but not obsessively concerned. just need some reassurance here. i have used the home test and tested negative in the past.
would this warrant a new test? i also have tingling sensations that run down my left leg. sometimes my foot feels like it's pretty hot.

I'll take it that since nobody responded, that's a true sign that nobody can give me the news to stop worrying and that I probably have HIV. Of course, you're going to say that the only way to know is to get tested.
