Vaginal secretions, shaving and scratching

I am a male who recently had sex with an ex gf. We had been broken up for 8 years.
I used a condom which didn't break and we did not engage in oral sex either way.
My question is, I shaved my chest and just below my belly button but above my pubic region and around the pubic area (still had pubic hair above penis) about 10-12 hours before the encounter. If she was HIV+ what risks are there?
Also, after sex, I used a damp soapy washcloth to clean around my pubic area before removing and disposed of the condom. At this time, I also have eczema on my ankle and so folliculitis has occured on my right shin as a side effect of topical cortisteroid treatment. I can remember scratching my leg (it gets so itchy) afterward, however if I did, what are the chances of contracting HIV this way as well? Sometimes the small cuts bleed mildly from scratching. I can't remember washing my hands after disposing of the condom but just curious.
