The CDC is a government organization. I don't think they would lie to us by telling us that 3 months is enough. There are cases were people have tested positive after 3 months. What's wrong with you guys. You keep claiming the CDC is going to revise the window period. Wheres the documentation. Does it exist? I didn't think so. I called them myself and asked about their alleged revision. I was told it was only a rumour. 6 Months is the only way to be sure. Why are you guys so thick headed. I realize you guys are trying to give people hope. But don't lie to them by telling them 3 months is enough. I urge everyone to wait 6 months

There were documented cases of people testing after 6 months. To be save, why don't you wait 12 months or better still, 24 months. Or test every 6 months until you die just to be sure. I'm happy with a 12 week test, thank you.

Look on this board , under, Am I infected, for July 30 this year from Anonymous. It's a copy of a Draft of the new CDC HIV Testing Guidelines, which are susposed to come out on November 15, The whole draft is on the CDC website. It recommends 3 months instead of 6 in most cases, so I don't know who you talked to at the CDC, but he doesn't know whats going on in his back yard. Everything I just wrote is a fact, NO WISHFULL THINKING.
