Help I have sex with HIV postive boyfriend?

HI 1 week ago I had sex with my boyfriend who just found out he's HIV postive (after the fact). The last time we had sex I sat on top of his penis for about 3 minutes with no condom on and he did not cum. .
What are the chances that I have hiv from this I tested in Dec. and i was negative.
