I searched TheBody archives and found only one article on this but it wasn't totally relevant. I had sex with a prostitute who I later found out was HIV+. We used a condom however I had an open cut on the bottom of my penis that was uncovered by the condom because it did not roll up all the way on my (so cut was exposed). DUring vaginal intercourse, the cut was inside of her and her vaginal secretions definitely got onto the cut. The cut was not bleeding.
Does anyone know what my chances are here?
Thank You and God Bless

Your odds of transmission are the same. HIV does not enter through enclosed skin and a cut that is not actively bleeding is closed. And of course even if it was bleeding, you bleed out, not in.
If you can't accept that, then there is only one thing you can do. Wait 3 months and test. Perhaps having that negative result in your hand will put an end to this non-risk event for you.

Thanks Anon. I've read many posts here and you seem to be the resident expert (well besides Doc Bob!!). Thanks on behalf of all.
