Judging from your behavior elsewhere on the internet, I don't see how getting the very same answers here will help you at all. You don't believe that you were not at risk. You refuse to accept the science and continue to do the what if game driving them nuts.
Life's too short. The information doesn't change. The answer doesn't change.
Either trust the information you have been given or don't. If you find that you can not control the obessive behavior you are showing, then you should really consider counseling.

There is no exposure here... Even if the blood was contaminated with hiv, it would NOT have survived. Humans tend to bleed OUT and not in so you having an exposure due to your body sucking the drop of blood in is really not possible AT ALL..
