small bump on upper penis...syphilis?

Hello all....
six weeks ago....i got intimate with a guy i was kind of dating. We got naked, made out, and did some dry humping (nothing else). i did not notice sores on his penis, and we discussed STDs before doing anything, tho i know that doesn't mean he wasn't infected with anything.
Today, i have noticed a small reddish/pinkish slightly raised bump on my upper penis. Does this sound like the chancre sore? i don't know if i should be worried or not.

i apologize for the double-post....it could also be folliculitis or an ingrown hair....can the two look similiar?

Sounds like you have a small bump on your penis, nothing more. You would know a canker if you got one. See a doc if your worried.
