Process of Home Access Test Results

ust had a question on calling for Home Access test results. My first concern is if the lab has even received the test. I mailed the test via FedEx on Monday AM. Don't know how far the package got in route before all flights were grounded. Just my luck the first time in history all planes are grounded and my time-sensitive HIV test is in route to the lab. Second concern, if the lab has performed the test what should I expect when calling for the results. Are all calls sent to a live-person? Are negative results given by touch-tone system? I think if I knew what to expect it might make the whole process easier.
My exposure was performing unprotected oral sex on a man. Not too risky, I know. Here is the kicker...he said he got off. To be honest I never knew it. I guess I swallowed without even realizing it. I know he was married and in a hurry, so he may have just said he ejaculated without having doing so to get out of the situation.
I haven’t had any ARS symptoms. Had a sore throat about 3 weeks after the exposure. But it came and went for about 3 weeks. I had heard that ARS would stay for two weeks or so and then leave. Not come and go. Also, I had an earache for little while. No fever, rash, or any other weird stuff.
Any comments on the test results process would be great!

At a doctor's office or medical center clinic you and anybody else can get tested
for the sexually transmitted diseases
1. Pharyngeal throat oral STDs
Urethral STDs
Anal STDs
Acquired immune deficiency syndrome human immunodeficiency virus
2. TB tuberculosis
3. Hepatitis B
Hepatitis A
Hepatitis C
4. Vaccinated for hepatitis B
and vaccinated for hepatitis A

I have heard that some people have gotten a live person when they called, but that it did NOT mean they were pos. I do not know if this is true, but it is what I have read on this board somewhere.
I wish I knew this for sure as I plan on using Home Access.
