treatment to clamidia effect hiv window

My question is say the hospital had treated someone for clamidia, which is antiboitics of doxycline and a shot of peniciline would this prolong the hiv window period . thankyou

Antiboitics treat bacterial infections. HIV is a viral infection. Hence antiboitics would have no effect on the development of HIV antibodies and do not affect the accuracy of your test results. If you had a negative at 3 months or more it's conclusive.

ok thanks what do you think my chances are of testing positive after a 4 week negative elsia at say 8 weeks

Now how in the world would I know what your chances are of testing postive. I don't even know if you truly had a risk.
I can tell you that most people that are infected will test postive sometime between 4-6 weeks.

ok well thanks i ve had alot of symptoms all kinds of things like flu fever for a day weird itchy skin, muscle spasms , thrush... after unprotected vaginal sex with a women who says she is negative but i really believe she is not ...and it was in a the caribbean

Ahhhh the Caribbean.....well that just seals your fate.
Seriously, unprotected sex is a risk. But it's not a given.
The CDC places the risk of unprotected insertive vaginal sex with a KNOWN postive woman at 5 in 10,000 exposures.
Nothing in your description of symptoms is exclusive to HIV, but then, there are NO symptoms that are exclusive to HIV. That's why you just can't take 'symptoms' into account.
Much as this may burst your bubble. Odds are you don't have HIV and your next test will be just as negative as your 4 week test.
