I developed a cough 5 weeks and a fever 7 weeks after unprotected viginal sex with a French stripper in Japan. The cough was with green flem so the doc gave me an antibiotic and the low grade fever disapeared. I live in a house with 4 other people and two had flu symptoms including the fever. I cannot get tested for another two weeks (12 week mark). I am freaking out beyound imagination. Your comments positive or negative are appreciated.

Nothing you described sounds like ARS. It typically shows up between 2-4 weeks and only lasts about a week. It does not show up piece meal, ie: cough at 5 weeks, fever at 7 weeks.
The reason you had a low grade fever with the cough was due to the bacterial infection (green phlem) that was cleared up with the Antibiotic.
About 99% of people that are actually infected test postive between 4-6 weeks. While a 12 week test is conclusive, any negative after 6 weeks is an excellent indicator that you are not infected. Instead of freaking out, get a rapid test now, odds are it will be negative and then you can relax for the next two weeks.

I'll tell you when you actually have a risk. All you need is to get a routine test once a year if you remain sexually active, which for you might not be the best idea.
