vaginal discharge

I was diagnosed with gonorrhea about a month ago. I was treated and retested. The retest came back as undetected. I have also gone in for a full STD testing. I won't know the results until next week. I don't really have any syptoms of anything, but I'm still having a light green mucous-like discharge. But it doesn't burn like it did before. My partner has been tested and treated as well, although we ALWAYS use condoms. What could this be???? I"m freaking out! And I still have another week until I get my final results. Please advise!
