does anyone know if while you are having symptoms do you test positive for hiv or do you not test positive untill your symptoms go away...also if you are healthy do you usually test positive sooner or later then if you are unhealthy.... symptoms meaning lymphsnodes to flu , rash ect..

All the above by 3 months. A 3 month test is conclusive no matter how many vairables you want to play with.
