Where can I gte the rapid oral swab test? How much does the rapid oral swab test cost? Is it conclusive?

Contact your local health dept. and they will be able to refer you. There may also be some local HIV/ AIDS organizations or clinics in your area which offer rapid testing, so try performing a search on-line.
Usually it is free of charge and you will receive your results in about 20 mins. As with ELISA (blood draw) testing, the rapid test is considered conclusive when taken 3 mos after exposure.
