My child touch blood of my HIV+ Husband

My husband is HIV+
He cut his finger bad and ran into the bathroom and he was dripping blood on the floor.
My young daugher touch the blood and ran to the basement ( I was washing clothes) and said "daddy is bleeding, daddy is bleeding") Although im in complete SHOCK is there a chance that my daughter got infected from touching the blood??
Please help me : (((((((

If your husband is HIV Poz. he must have a Dr. I would think he would be yhe one to ask.
I am not a DR. but HIV is in blood however your child would have to have an open cut for it to get into his/her system. I assume that is not the case so there is very little chance of infection. I would still call the Dr.
