Is an enlarged spleen a sign of hiv? On and off i have been having a sort of dull pain in the upper left portion of my stomach, under my ribs. What can this mean? Please respond

I have been having spleen problems as well. It really bugs me after a meal and if I am active for any length of time. Have you been experiencing any other symptoms along with this?
