possible eye exposure?

Hello.
I would like to know if there is risk in the following situation which I experienced a few months ago. I have a fear to blood and contracting HIV for the last couple of years, just for your info.
A few months a go, on a warm day I went on a boat trip, about 1 meter from me there was sitting a girl which had a small wound at her fingers, next to her nail (she probably bit a part of her nail off). When we entered in the boat I noticed it already. I do not know if it was fresh or how long it was there. However 1,5 hours later she got something on her hand where her little wound was and she put her hand in the water and wiped it of. Now comes the part where I would like to know if there is a risk. Then she shook her hand dry, where a large part came on my shirt and a few drops of the water came in my face. I do not remember if a part entered my eyes, but being feared as I am, I would like to know if there is a risk from transmission of HIV if a part of her blood together with the water came in contact with my eyes.
