exposure 10 days ago--prophylaxis drug an option?

I'm happily married and monogamous for the past 10 years. Ten days ago 5 minutes of drunken stupidity could have changed all that.
I had gone to a strip club (which is a rarity for me). I got way too drunk and stupid, and got a lap dance. The girl asked if I wanted to be "teased" and I said yes. Before I knew it, she had me unzipped and inserted. I pulled out quickly and left, but I'm now terrified.
I have developed sore lymph nodes in my groin, and yesterday woke up with a bad sore throat.
I'm terrified! I called to doctors today, but most said I need to wait 3 months before I can be tested...surely there must be something to do sooner?? As this is a very recent exposure, are prophylaxis drugs an option??
any advice is appreciated!

PEP is not an option. To begin with, PEP must be started within 72 hours. Also as a general rule it is only used for high risk exposures. Yours, while it may carry some risk, it is not very high.
You must wait 3 months for a conclusive result, however a negative at 6 weeks is extremely unlikely to change, since almost 99% of people infected test postive by 6 weeks. The 3 months is to catch any outliers.

Good advice already given, though I would add that the girl in the strip club has a funny definition of "tease"...... seems she was giving it all away very easily. I'd hate to see what she terms serious sex.
*edit* Woke up after a nice sleep and first thing I thought about was this girl, LOL! I was thinking how many other people she is putting uninvited into her vag, I wonder if it's worth reporting her to the medical authorities, by her taking advantage of drunken guys who didn't expect full penetration, she really needs to be stopped. She's out of line.
