I was diagnosed with HPV and me and my boyfriend has been having unprotected oral sex. Can he catch HPV that way?

Yes. HPV is primarily spread by vaginal, anal and oral.

Also if you have been told you have HPV and are a woman, then it is extremely important that you get regular Pap Smears. It has been determined that HPV is what causes Cervical Cancer.
