Oral sex, OCD, and herpes

Sup guys. 6 months ago I had my first sexual contact ever. A chick I know gave me head. there was no blood in her mouth or soars on my penis but anyways since I have OCD I obsess that she gave me something. I badgered her for a week and she says that she is tested and even said I could go to the doctor's office if it would bring me to peace. Well anyways six months now I still worry that she gave me genital herpes. I have not had a breakout and everything is working alright but Im still a little uneasy. Can you all help please?

I have had gential herpes since I was 16 and I am 43 now, so I know all about it. When someone first gives it to you there is a period of incubation where nothing happens, the virus is establishing itself inside you. Then, after about 4-6 weeks I think it is, you get the first outbreak on your genitals or anus or wherever it entered into you, the outbreak is severe, painful and it takes more than a week for the blisters to dry and heal. If you had contracted herpes from that girl, you would surely know about it by now. You said you haven't had an outbreak, so you are definitely fine. No doubt about that.
As far as hiv goes, you can be totally sure after 3 months, it's sort of the same thing with hiv as it is with herpes, it takes time to incubate in your bloodstream before it shows up. After 3 months it shows up for sure, so after 6 months it will definitely show up. Go and get a test asap because with your OCD you will continually obsess over it. I suffer a little bit of OCD though not a lot, and found that when I started taking Prozac my symptoms went away. After doing some reading about it, I found that the SSRI -type antidepressants are often used to help with OCD, are you on any medication for your OCD?

Woo hoo! Dont have to worry about herpes thanks.
I already know that HIV risk is little to none when receiving head so Im all clear.
I have suffered OCD for about 12 of my 19 years so it's a problem. Right now Im not taking meds. I should though.
Thanks I can rest easy tonite knowin Im clean

Sounds like one night stands aren't really for you as you will get too stressed about possibilties. Better you wait until you are in a relationship with a girl before having sex again I reckon. You can both show each other your test results first and then just relax.
