I'm a little freaked out. I'm a straight guy that met a nice gay guy. After some discussion, I decided to venture out and try anal sex with him, with me penetrating him. After some drinks we turned down the lights and started. After some thrusts, I pulled out and the condom was torn from one end to the next. I quickly went to the bathroom and washed my penis with water and soap. That ended that. He claims to be clean, and was tested last month and tests proved negative. He said last time he had unprotected sex was with his boyfriend 4 years before, and they were both clean. Well, I know I did a stupid thing and now I'm freaked out. I know it just takes one time and could possibly cost my life. How long should I wait before I go and see a doctor. He says he's going to obtain his doctor's test results and pass them on to me. I don't trust him anymore. Any suggestions to help me relax?

You should test yourself every 90 days up to 6 months , and yes don't trust anyone. There is a new HIV test that is 100% accurate that you can administer at home. You need to test for all std and hiv you can't rely on his negative result. He could of had unprotected sex aweek before he had sex with you! only you can take care of you. don't rely on his negative result
