Hi Constantly Worrying,
I'm no doctor, but I believe your lymph nodes can swell anytime your body is trying to fight off an infection. That means it might swell for a flu or cold.
You don't say if you had a possible risky exposure recently, but I assume that's why you're writing here. From everything I have read on this board and other sites, a runny nose and coughing isn't related to ARS symptoms. It sounds like you have a cold, dude. So get lots of sleep, drink plenty of fluids, and eat chicken soup! Get better! See your doctor if you don't feel better soon!
Take care, --exWorryWart

One swollen Lymph node is not ARS. In ARS there would be a generalized swelling of lymph nodes all around the body. A cough and a runny nose have nothing to do with ARs, it means you have a cold and thats why your lymph node is swollen.
