Recently I have been feeling a cramp in my stomach when I sit down. What can this mean? Is it Acute Primary Infection?

As I know, Rick, that's far from HIV infection. Too much material I've read about but stomache sympotoms just appear in the very late stage of AIDS but not HIV infection. Just release yourself. Mine is much serious than yours.
