Hello people I have tested Negative a few times now and tonight I went to a Hot Tub where gay men go to have sex I was there alone and now I am scared that I could have put myself at risk again.
I asked the owners of the Hot Tubs if I could get HIV from being in there, they said " The Hot water would Kill Hiv" and "sit on a towel in the sauna".
Now I am scared again with the HIV fear .
I have had many chances to have sex again after my tests and said NO ! Now this : (
I asked mr. Ryan Kull this Question I hope he answers it.

Ok, Let's go over the ways of transmission again. This is for MPC also.
Blood to Blood such as in a transfusion. Not possible fluid on a slight cut or scratch.
Unprotected Sex, especially, unprotected anal or vaginal, especially as the receptive partner.
Mother to child transmission. From birth or from breast feeding.
You don't get HIV, from handshakes, some girl touching you with vagainal fluid on her hand, hot tubs, swimming pools, bathing together, etc, etc, etc.
Anything is NOT possible with HIV. Take away the fear and what you have left is just a virus that acts along scienitific and biological principles just like any virus. It has no mind of it's own. It is a very fragile virus and is not that easy to catch unless certain events are in place. (see ways of transmission above).
If what you are worried about doesn't fall in these categories then quit worrying and enjoy life.
