NO, and stop being stupid. You can not get HIV from playing someone's guitar that has AIDS. This is were the stigma comes in. Can I get cancer from drinking water? yes and no So Stupid. You can not get HIV from casual contact, it has to be mother to child through breast feeding, sex, or SHARING IV needles. This is not how do I get it board, this board is set up for people who think they have contracted HIV through known exposure. You have not had any known exposure, educate yourself and stop being an idiot.

I thought I'd seen everything until I read this post. aids from a guitar. well, if you're ever able to prove this one, you'll set the whole music industry into a panic. I can only imagine how consumed and paranoid one must be to consider exposure from a guitar. at least the strength of these responses ought to put your mind at rest

maybe if the guy whose guitar was ,was so passionate awhile playing so he bleeded out on the cords, Afterwards u took the guitar, and played with same passion level, so again blood..then u can get it...or maybe if u r sexually turned on guitars, they can be rather hot....
