Should I test after performing oral sex on a woman of unknown status if this is the only thing I have done since my negative test 142 days from my last possible exposure? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, your risk is so non-existant and so highly unlikely.
Best,

Thank you once again Eric.

I know the numbers in your signature are related to the status of HIV, but I don't know what they mean. Anyways, hope that they mean that you are in good health and you continue to be that way. If not, then I hope and pray that good health will return to you soon. Thanks.

Since my oral sex (male-to-female) two weeks ago, I have developed enlarged tonsils. Is this a symptom of ARS? I know that symptoms are unreliable but I am just curious.

No. Unless this woman was on her period why are you even worried?

I am worried because it has been two weeks from my oral sex exposure and I have developed enlarged tonsils. I have heard that the symptoms of ARS can be mono-like and enlarged tonsils are a symptom of mono. Do you have any comment to my post, Eric, or anyone else?

What's wrong? Don't like the answers you've gotten from the other boards. Seems EVERYONE is telling you the same thing.
Here's a chart that lists risks associated with different activities. PLEASE NOTE: Performing oral on a woman only rates a risk of getting Herpes. HPV, because we don't know all the ways it can be transmitted.
HIV is not listed as a risk. Why? Because giving oral to a woman is NOT a risk.
Now drop all this before you drive the cyber world nutz.

....and quit reading those old posts from 2000. A lot has been learned since then.
One of them being oral sex just isn't a risk unless you are going down on a guy and then it's just a low risk.

I keep asking because of the conflicting information out there. It really doesn't help ease a person's mind.

You keep asking because you are obsessive about a non-risk. The kind of obsession fed by guilt.

Not being fed by guilt, just lack of consistency between information sources
