Stuffed up nose

Ive been having this stuffed up nose for about three weeks maybe longer and it only occurs at night for some reason and only frequently during the day, its also on one side of my nostril and it seems to vary from left to right. I coughed up yellow flem to for about a day or two and had a frequent dry cough for about 5-6 days with intense jaw pain on my right side. what could this be ? should i worry about HIV with these ? if i was exposed it was ahile ago, atleast two months so any feed back would be good ?

well, i've personally never heard of a stuffed up nose being related to HIV, so I highly doubt that - it sounds more like allergies, or, a lingering cold - really, i believe you should just see your dr. with these little symptoms that he could help you clear up quickly, as well as put your mind to rest
