Im a 19 year old male who plans to have vaginal oral sex on a 39 year old woman in a few hours. What's the risk of contracting HIV. I have nu cuts whatsoever.
Oh and I plan to wear condoms when we have sex

Well I won't bother with the fact your having sex with a woman that could be your mother's age. How's that for a visual :)
Giving oral sex is considered an extremely low risk. Only a handful of cases in the last 25 years and the majority concern swallowing semen.
As long as she's not on her period you should be good to go.
