Last week I went to a concert and there a guy busted his head open. I didnt come into contact with him and they took him off to get it checked. A few minutes later I saw him and we shook hands because we thought the band was good. Anyways I noticed some dry on my hands and I went upstairs to wash. I had no cuts or sores on my hands.
The bathroom didnt have soap but I washed it repeatedly with water until the blood was gone. Do you think I faced exposure?

No you didn't have an exposure.
1) Any virus in the blood would not have been viable after that type of time frame.
2) HIV cannot be transmitted via entact skin.
The wasn't a risk at all.
