For the last two or three months i have been going to bed at 3a.m and not getting any sleep what so ever so do you think maybe this is the cause of some of my symptoms related to HIV maybe im getting sick from not getting enough sleep and yes im the really paranoid dude on here tht keeps posting tht i sat on a needle and the guy tht is to obessing over this but maybe alot of us think we have symptoms bcuz we keep ourselves uop at night bcuz we constantly worry like i do every night

no, hiv will make you tired all the time, your loss of sleep is due to your anxieties, and i suggest you get with a mental health professional and address those issues*

the only way to cure loss of sleep due to hiv worries is get tested and know your status, then you will sleep normally.

atleast this was my case before i took the test i coudent sleep at nights i had many symptoms i thought were ars.. i took sleeping pills for a week and relaxing pills because my anexity was so high.. i took the test the next day and boom symptoms/feelings slowing started going away and now are gone.

too much anexity or stress will weaken the immune system and cause symptoms so get tested and remove the worry
