tongue lumps

I got Lumps on the back of my tongue, i dont know when i got them but its weird because i think they showed up after my HIV test or i just Noticed them and i dont knopw how big taste buds are at the back but these lumps are scaring me because i keep thinking they are like some HIV symptom or something but maybe they are just normal so does anyone know what they are called ?
