My girlfriends doctor told me that the virus can hide but it will become active after you change sexual partners, did anyone hear of this ? and most ppl will test positive after 3 months right and a very few like 8% will take about 6 months to produce enough antibody for the test to detect ?

I'm beginning to believe your girlfriend's doctor is a figment of your imagination. Do you really think all this nonsense is more credible because 'your girlfriend's doctor' says?
If he really exists he should have his license taken away. With the misinformation he's feeding you two, he's a malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.
Use some commonsense. If the virus becomes active after changing partners, then that would mean it could become active after 10 -15 years if that's when you changed partners. There could never be a window period. Even the coveted 6 monther you like. However most of us know that 3 months is all the time needed for a conclusive result and the virus doesn't hide, and it certainly doesn't hang out until you play musical partners.
But that's for this. It's the stupidest thing I've seen in a while. Was worth a good laugh.
