Abnormal pap smear

My doctor just informed me that my pap smear was abnormal. Could this be an indication of HIV infection?
I possibly had an exposure Feb, tested Neg End of April.

An abnormal PAP is not a sign of HIV. It is usually a sign of HPV infection which is very common. HIV can not be detected through a pap smear.

Abnormal pap smears are very common I have had one it was a false alarm though when it was redone they said nothing more to worry about. So it could be nothing ask them to re evaluate you and go from there.
